You know us. You know we are always done for some cocktails on the patio, a night out dancing with girlfriends—a day spent at the beach with spiked seltzers. We love a good time, until we need a little quiet. Today’s (weekend inspo) post is a reminder: do less. Take some time this weekend between the bbq’s and the park walks and the wine tastings to just zen out. Find a cute, quiet corner like the one’s you see above and just be. Let your mind wander, let your shoulders fall, find your inner peace and really explore your thoughts. This is the best mental health exercise you can possibly do for yourself. Walk away from the kids, from the friends, from the distractions, and just spend sometime with yourself. You never know what you may find! xx
