Early Morning Mood

Some of our best moments are  spent in bed in the morning. You know when you’re holding your warm cup of coffee, your thoughts are foggy and you’re just waking up. We encourage you this week to wake up an extra 20 minutes early and really, truly take some time for you. Whether it be reading a book, reflecting on the day ahead or getting some daily inspo from Pinterest. Kyle is an expert at easing into a morning, setting positive thoughts and intentions for her day and then going at it full force. It’s one of the best lessons I learned from her. Not only will it make you extremely productive, but also a lot happier! Enjoy. xx
