Now that the weather has officially started to change, you may be scratching your head in the morning. Asking yourself: is it still okay to wear tights? What colors are appropriate? What neutrals do I pair with color? This time of year is awkward. It’s warm enough to wear flats, but the weather forecast says rain. The days can be anywhere from sticky and humid to sunny and freezing. So Kyle is wearing some sure-proof outfits that will help you get dressed in the morning. And she broke the ensembles up by category!
First Casual: Kyle is wearing dark wash skinny jeans, a blue sweater, nude flats and a nude bag! Its the ideal outfit for running errands, picking up the kids from school and attending spring sporting games (outside). She can easily pop a trench over this outfit and she is good to go!
Second Work: Here Kyle has paired a light pink, neutral ensemble with black tights and a black cardigan. You may not be ready to ditch your tights quite yet. We understand! However, adding light colors where you usually would’ve worn jewel tones is the easy transition to a spring wardrobe. And here Kyle has started off with a pale pink – so you don’t have to step out of your comfort zone!
Third Color: Here Kyle is wearing mostly black, but she changes up her outfits by adding a bright colored skirt. Adding brighter colors into your wardrobe is a necessity for summer! Kyle has already started to switch over her closet from fall/winter to spring/summer. That means pulling out your favorite maxi dresses and bold patterns! It’s time to come out of hibernation! Spring has sprung!
