It’s Wednesday! So we deem it appropriate to share a little midweek inspiration – especially after a long weekend. We came across this quote recently and it stuck out to us (and not only because we love a fresh bushel of blooms on our kitchen table). It struck us because a lot of times we compare. We compare ourselves to others in life – to other women, to other moms. And typically when we compare we are the ones left shorthanded. We don’t give ourselves the benefit of the doubt. So lets pledge to TRY and stop doing it (yes, try – none of us are perfect). Let’s try and just be better than we were yesterday and not focus on others. Use flowers as a metaphor – each and every one is beautiful in it’s own different way. We are too! XO
