We thought we’d spice up our usual work outfit ensemble with an outfit that is a bit more laid back – think casual, but cute enough to wear to dinner! At the end of the day we don’t always have to wear dresses and skirts and suits – white jeans are exceptionally comfortable and a striped white and navy sweater is easy, peasy! And we always need a POP of color – so the coral flats take the cake – as is the Kyle Alexandra way! XO
One of the best things about winter is dressing up! Dressing head-to-toe in warm accessories. Fedoras, leather gloves, tall boots, fur coats, warm earmuffs – the options and colors are endless. Today we are featuring some of our absolute favorite winter accessories. Keeping a neutral color palette makes for a chic look – especially paired with a camel colored or black jacket. Adding a cognac, merlot or dark brown hats and gloves is so Parisian! We are in LOVE! xo
Now that it’s officially cold (really cold) it’s time to break out the boots, the tights and the turtlenecks. We love a polished look – like the one featured here, today. The turtleneck is extremely professional and looks great with any colored skirt. Hunter green is a darker, saturated tone that is gorgeous for fall! Don’t you think? For a casual Friday pair the look with leather boots and for a day in the office pair it with black, patent heels. You can’t go wrong with polished!
We have to say that army green tends to remind us of the fall, but when you pair it with poppy orange and glimmering gold it is hot, hot, hot! This outfit of the day certainly has “Tory Burch on safari” vibes and we are so onboard. A neutral, all white ensemble is very crisp and is fun to add color to. And a little green anorak is perfect for those windy summer days, where you need a little something extra! Stay dry!
It’s all about outerwear this week on the Kyle Alexandra Blog! The KA Team is absolutley falling for fur this winter season, so today we are showing you how to style the glamorous fur vest.We understand you may be a tad apprehensive when considering a fur vest, but you just have to learn how to wear one. We suggest that you do not pair one with a skirt but instead opt for black riding pants, dark skinny jeans or colored cords. By combining a complimentary colored long sleeve shirt underneath the fur vest you are creating the perfectly proportioned outfit. Extra pattern or texture will be too much fuss. The fur vest is a quintessential statement piece that exudes confidence!
